How do I report an issue?

We have several ways of receiving support requests. The easiest way to report a problem is to simply email support@pcpeopleuk.com. Emails sent to support are automatically entered in to our ticketing system. Tickets are then assigned to an appropriate engineer. Alternatively, you can call our office on 01295 298163 and report your problem to our staff.

How long will it take my problem to be fixed?

For support plan customers, and those on support retainer, we have SLAs (our promise to you) in place for both remote work and site visits. These SLAs vary as they are tailored for each customer.
