How our IT Support works for you

aWe make registering a fault as easy as possible. Faults submitted via our online portal, through email or on the phone are entered into our support software, allowing you to track the progress of the job from inception to completion.



bYour support request will be assigned to the engineer best equipped to service diagnose your issue. They will keep you updated through our support system throughout the process, ensuring timely communication and keeping disruption to a minimum.


cOnce a fault has been identified, the engineer will resolve It remotely if possible or via a site-visit if required. All resolutions are properly documented and available for customers to review at their leisure. Steps will be taken to ensure that the fault does not re-occur when possible, or its impact minimised when not.
